1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear, swimwear, and socks.

• Personalised or custom-made items.

• Books with visible damage or signs of use.

• Furniture that has been assembled or used.

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at sales@ebuynsell.com.cy or log in to your account on our website to initiate a return request.

2. Return Authorisation: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item.

3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the (RAN) number. Ship the item to the address provided.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g.,

wrong item shipped or defective product).

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour, or item, please return

   the original item for a refund/voucher, and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

8. Furniture Returns

• Furniture must be returned in its original packaging and unassembled.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which may be higher due to the size and weight of furniture items.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
